XPOSÉ 2025: A Month of Vision, Voice, and Visual Impact
As XPOSÉ 2025 enters its final days at the historic Papermill Gallery, we’re taking a moment to reflect on an incredible month of art, connection, and community. Presented by CAPIC National, this year’s edition has been one of our most ambitious — and most memorable — yet.
Running from June 4 to 29, XPOSÉ 2025 brought together five distinct exhibitions under one roof, showcasing an inspiring cross-section of Canada’s fine art photography scene. From celebrated legends to rising stars, from personal narratives to powerful statements, the work on view has sparked dialogue, reflection, and awe.
A Packed House: Opening Night Gala
On Wednesday, June 11, over 150 guests filled the Todmorden Papermill Gallery for our Opening Gala — an evening of vibrant energy and shared celebration. Artists, curators, students, industry professionals, and community members gathered to honour the photographers behind the work and connect over the stories each image told.
The space was buzzing with conversation, camera flashes, and deep appreciation for the sheer range and resonance of the works on display. We were thrilled to see such strong support from Toronto’s creative community — thank you to everyone who showed up, shared space, and made the evening unforgettable.
