Giancarlo Pawelec is CAPIC’s new National President!
Giancarlo is a Toronto-based commercial and corporate photographer, creative director, and owner of Studio 311. Over a career spanning more than two decades, he has delivered high-impact fashion, portrait, automotive, and branded work for clients across Canada.
He’s also a brand ambassador for Broncolor, Tether Tools, and ThinkTankPhoto, and regularly runs workshops on studio lighting and commercial technique for photographers across the country. Before Studio 311, he built AutoMotoFoto Media into a prominent Canadian automotive media outlet and later founded HeadshotsTO.

As National President, Giancarlo will work alongside CAPIC’s National Board, chapters, volunteers, members, and industry partners, along with General Manager Kseniya Gorbanova.
