Our National Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, April 21st, 2025 at 8:00PM EST/ 5:00PM PST via video conference. All information will be sent via email.

General, Associate, and Honorary Members in good standing are eligible to vote during the meeting. Student, Instructor, Retired, and Foreign Members are welcome to attend the meeting as observers.

Only General, Associate, and Honorary Members in good standing may hold office or nominate candidates. Please be certain that the person you nominate wishes and is able to serve on the CAPIC National Board. If it is impossible for you to attend the meetings and you wish to have someone vote on your behalf, you may complete the proxy voting form.
